I bought Pro on another iPhone. How do I get it back?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open any locked section and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the screen.

Does the app need an internet connection?

Only to buy or restore Pro. Studying, the mock exam and your progress work fully offline.

How do I ask for a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What is free and what is Pro?

Core is free, with its explanations, the Readiness Ring and the Toolbox. Pro unlocks Type I, Type II, Type III, the timed Mock Exam and Cram Mode across the whole bank, with a one-time purchase.
